The most direct way to reach us is by email. We're a small editorial team with no support hotline and no online ticketing system, so a single email that states your purpose clearly works best.
Everything lands in one mailbox: [email protected]. This address takes both privacy-related requests and all other mail, so you don't have to agonize over which one to send to.
What you can write in about
- Corrections. Spot a factual error, stale data, a broken link, or a line that's easy to misread? Tell us. We'll verify, correct it, and log the change in the corrections log. This kind of message is the one we value most.
- Feedback and suggestions. Something unclear, a topic you want covered that's missing, whether a tool computes correctly — all welcome. Many of our topics come from exactly this.
- Business inquiries. For promotion, content or other forms of collaboration, you can talk to us. But note: we won't change our honest statement of risk in the content just because of a partnership.
- Privacy requests. For questions about how this site handles data, or to exercise data-subject rights, see the privacy policy, or write to us directly.
About replies
We try to read every message and reply, but to be honest, this is a small team with limited bandwidth; our pace runs fast and slow, and when busy it may be a while before we get back. We won't promise a specific response time here — rather than give a number we can't keep, we'll be honest: we'll reply, but please be patient.
One thing we can't help with
Please don't write in to ask things like "should I buy now," "will this token go up," or "how much should I invest." We're not investment advisers, and we provide no personalized financial, money or trading advice of any kind.
